At My Circuit Breakers, we stand behind the quality of our electrical products and components. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward and hassle-free return process.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Custom orders or modified breakers/components
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Used or installed electrical items
  • Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use

Refund Process

  • Contact our team at sales@mycircuitbreakers.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address.
  • A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
  • After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement.
