Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A return request must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-refundable and cannot be returned:
- Custom orders or modified breakers/components
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Used or installed electrical items
- Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use
Refund Process
- Contact our team at sales@mycircuitbreakers.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address.
- A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
- After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement.
