  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.
  • If your order is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please notify us within 48 hours.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please verify your shipping details carefully before placing your order. We cannot reroute packages after shipment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will be charged.
