The Siemens FD63T250 is a 3-pole, 250 amp thermal magnetic molded case breaker trip unit designed for use with FD-frame breakers. It fits Siemens FD6 series circuit breaker frames to provide dependable protection in commercial and industrial electrical systems. Rated for 600 V AC / 500 V DC, this trip unit delivers long-time and instantaneous overcurrent protection with high interrupting capacity at multiple voltages. Its rugged design is UL Listed / HACR rated and built for reliable performance at 40 °C.

Interrupting capacities include 22 kAIC at 600 V AC and 35 kAIC at 480 V AC, suitable for applications with higher fault currents.
