The Siemens 3VA5210-5EC31-0AA0 is a high-performance molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) designed for commercial and industrial power distribution applications. Serving as a modern replacement for legacy FXD63B100 breakers, this 3-pole, 100A unit features a TM230 thermal-magnetic trip unit that provides dependable long-time and instantaneous (LI) protection. The breaker combines fixed thermal overload protection with adjustable magnetic short-circuit protection for enhanced system coordination. Designed for installation in Siemens P2 and P3 panelboards and switchboards, this Class M breaker delivers excellent current-limiting performance with interrupting ratings up to 35kA at 480VAC. Its HACR rating and robust construction make it ideal for demanding electrical distribution systems.
