The Square D BGL36070 is a PowerPacT B-Frame molded case circuit breaker designed for commercial, industrial, and OEM electrical distribution systems. Manufactured by Schneider Electric under the Square D brand, this 3-pole, 70A breaker provides reliable thermal-magnetic protection for branch and feeder circuits in a compact, high-performance enclosure.

Built with a feed-thru unit-mount design, the BGL36070 supports flexible installation using either traditional back-pan mounting or integrated DIN rail mounting. It incorporates EverLink lug technology on both line and load terminals, which helps maintain secure conductor connections by reducing loosening caused by vibration and thermal cycling.

The breaker uses dual-break rotating contacts to help limit peak fault current during short-circuit events, improving system stability and equipment protection. An integrated push-to-trip button allows for manual testing and operational verification. With a 35kA interrupting rating at 480VAC and an 18kA rating at 600Y/347VAC, it is suitable for demanding industrial environments requiring dependable fault protection.
